We need a plan to ensure that the good outweighs the bad.

 + No one can be able to embody the GOODs. Why? because It is not exist in the based development of AI. I am the only one in tthe world can provide the its  

+ No one will be able to remove the BADs. Why? because it exists in the based development of AI. 

• The transition to the AI era will be one of the most turbulent times in human history. Transition of what? The existing AI is and it will be part of the turbulent times in current time.

• Right now, we are not preparing adequately for that transition. This is funny. What is the adequate transition? There is no such an adequatecy in any system and AI development. 

• If the world takes the right steps, AI will be a force for good and leave everyone better off. This a vague statement — The world never take the right steps   

+ AI will either be the greatest equalizer ever invented, or the worst source of injustice. For the reasons I state early the AI will never be the greatest equalizer and it will always the worst source of injustice.
