Share the floor: Be concise with your comments so everyone gets an equal opportunity to speak or contribute. Avoid dominating the conversation. Assume good intent: Give others the benefit of the doubt and approach challenging or high-stakes topics constructively.
3. Group Boundaries and Prohibited Conduct. Zero tolerance for harassment: Bullying, intimidation, doxxing, or targeted harassment will result in immediate removal. No spam or self-promotion: Refrain from posting advertisements, commercial messages, or irrelevant spam.
4. Enforcement and Reporting Designate moderators: Group leaders or facilitators are responsible for enforcing the code of conduct, which may include deleting inappropriate content or removing members.Clear reporting paths: Members should know exactly who to contact (e.g., a private message to the administrator) if they experience or witness a violation
